Moreover, due to the high manufacturing precision of the cold header itself, the feeding clamp can be adjusted offline, away from the machine, a feature that saves considerable time and effort. The process of centering the material cutting sleeve hole and the cutter hole, traditionally a challenging visual task, is now resolved through an optional visual sensor unit. This system uses cameras and prisms to provide a clear view, enabling easy and accurate alignment.

Control systems are equally user-centric. The start and stop of feeding are managed by a tooth-shape pneumatic clutch, a reliable and responsive alternative to mechanical linkages. Similarly, the crankshaft's start and brake are controlled by a pneumatic clutch, allowing the inching button to easily maneuver the machine past its dead point, a task that previously required manual cranking. The feeding pressure is controlled by an adjustable air cylinder, replacing the inconsistent and tedious manual adjustment of spring pressure. These features collectively create a machine that is not only powerful and precise but also remarkably intuitive and efficient to operate, directly contributing to enhanced productivity.
