Cold forging machine tools are industrial mother machines used for manufacturing cold forging equipment, also referred to as the working mother machines of cold forging presses. In modern mechanical manufacturing, there are various part processing methods, including cutting, casting, forging, welding, stamping, extrusion, etc. However, with increasing demands for part precision and surface smoothness, final precision cutting processing on machine tools is often necessary.
Currently, there is a wide variety of cold forging machine tools on the market with prominent advantages. Along with product upgrades and technological advancements, their prices have become more reasonable, forming standards are stable, the range of processable parts continues to expand, and their role in the market is becoming increasingly important.
Cold forging machine tools specialized for producing standard part blanks utilize an integral mold forming method, making them suitable for large-scale mass production of various fasteners such as screws, nuts, and bolts.

The overall structure of our cold forging machine tools enables fully automated operation, covering the entire process from straightening, material selection, cutting, secondary forming, to blanking. The machine bed is cast from high-strength, wear-resistant ductile iron and undergoes annealing. The main slide employs a T-shaped extended design, undergoes heat treatment and grinding, ensuring high precision and stability even during high-speed operation. The machine tool is equipped with a pneumatic braking system characterized by flexible braking, high inching precision, and convenient debugging. Furthermore, automatic fault detection and safety protection devices are included, which trigger an automatic shutdown upon fault detection, effectively enhancing safety performance.
Depending on product requirements, a stopper system can be configured. To improve feeding accuracy, a male mold ejection system can be installed to meet the production needs of complex workpieces.
