1. Startup problems
Fault phenomenon: The flywheel does not rotate after pressing the start button.
Possible cause: The current is not turned on; The V-belt (V-belt conveyor belt) is installed abnormally, too loose or too tight; Prolonged overload operation can cause the flywheel to jam or stuff.
Solution: Check whether the circuit is normal and make sure the power supply is connected; Adjust the tightness of the V-belt to achieve the appropriate tension; If the flywheel gets stuck, try hammering the iron to relieve the stuffiness and check the flywheel for any foreign objects.
2. The machine is out of order
Fault phenomenon: the machine cannot operate normally.
Possible causes: the transmission parts are sheared and damaged, or the gear teeth are broken; Overload leads to equipment failure.
Solution: Replace the damaged transmission parts; repair of broken gear teeth; Add mechanical transmission lubricating oil to ensure that the equipment is well lubricated.
3. The crankshaft is heated
Fault phenomenon: abnormal heating of the crankshaft.
Possible causes: dirt between the crankshaft and the tile; The hole fits too tightly with the crankshaft; The lubricating oil performance is not up to standard or the oil path is not smooth.
Solution: Clean the oil circuit and oil groove to ensure that the lubricating oil is unimpeded; Re-grinding the journal and scraping the shaft hole, adjusting the gap between the journal and the bearing; Replace the lubricating oil that meets the requirements.
4. The crank slider mechanism is faulty
Fault phenomenon: the slider suddenly changes the closed height or resists the stuffy car at the front dead center position.
Possible causes: The wedge iron is not locked or vibrates loosely; The equipment is overloaded; Excessive adjustment of the enclosed height.
Solution: Re-tighten the wedge iron and check its contact area, and replace the wedge iron if necessary; Investigate the causes of overload and eliminate them; Readjust the slider closure height to the appropriate position.
5. The feeding mechanism is faulty
Fault phenomenon: the feeding length is unstable; The feeding mechanism is idling, and the feeding material is not entered.
Possible causes: the length adjustment mechanism is not tightly fastened, and the ratchet teeth are worn; The amount of special-shaped oil rolling is excessive, and the working groove of the roller wheel is worn or the manufacturing is unqualified; The pawl gets stuck and cannot enter the Ratchet Valley.
Solution: Readjust the fastening of the mechanism and replace the worn ratchet pawl; Reduce the amount of oil used to feed special-shaped rollers, replace worn rollers and working groove parts; Repair the pawl to ensure that the pawl falls smoothly into the valley of the ratchet teeth.
6. The cutting mechanism is faulty
Fault phenomenon: abnormal cutting sound or overload fuse fragment; Cut out of material.
Possible causes: The parting knife has been blunted or the lubrication performance has been reduced; The axial clearance between the knife and the cutting die is large; Improper adjustment of the cutting mechanism.
Solution: Use an appropriate amount of special cutting oil in the cutter part to improve the lubrication performance; Adjust the gap between the knife and the cutting material to the appropriate position; Replace the cutter with a new one, and adjust the blade and front limit position to ensure that the feeding material is correctly sent to the first station.
7. The clamp mechanism is faulty
Fault phenomenon: Blank falls out of the clamp.
Possible causes: the size of the workpiece is not standard; The position of the clamp movement is not accurate; The clamp spring force is insufficient or the clamp transfer is not in place.
Solution: Readjust the lifting mechanism to ensure that the size of the workpiece matches the clamp; Update the lubricating oil to ensure that the clamp movement is flexible and accurate; Reposition the clamp when the movement reaches the limit position and check that the spring force is sufficient.
