A. Transportation:
When the machine is transported and moved in the factory or workshop, the casters installed under the four corners of the machine can be borrowed, and the ground must be flat, otherwise the casters of the machine will be easily damaged.
The machine must have a firm and reliable packing box for long-distance transportation, the machine is firmly fixed on the bottom plate of the packing box with the help of four legs, the movable parts of the machine are fixed, and the outside of the packing box must have words or marks such as "do not invert" and "do not hit", as well as hoisting method markings.
B. Installation:
1. To prevent electric shock and ensure safety, please be sure to install the ground wire.
2. The machine should be placed away from humid areas and high-voltage power supplies.
3. The speed adjustment should be operated under the condition that the motor drives the machine to run.
4. Place the machine away from the sun.
5. Clean the machine often and add lubricating oil regularly.
6. Change the oil in the reducer once every three months.
